Meet your Therapist!
It's recommended to arrive 15 minutes prior of your massage to unwind. Prior to your massage session, please fill out and submit the following form. Some medical conditions are contraindicated for massage therefore it is very important for you to inform me of any health problems or medications you are taking. If you are under a doctor's care, you will be required to have written approval for massage from your doctor.
Your massage session will be performed by a professional, who has received the proper training in a variety of massage techniques. The Nationally Certified Massage Therapist will structure your session to meet your personal massage needs.

Let's Begin Your Customized Session.
Most Bodywork sessions are performed with the client unclothed, however, you may decide what amount of clothing you prefer to wear for your comfort. You will be covered at all times to keep you warm and comfortable. Only the area being worked on will be exposed.
You and I will discuss the desired outcome of your massage session. This will determine what type of massage protocol will be used and which body parts will need massaged. A typical full body session will include work on your back, arms, legs, feet, hands, head, neck, and shoulders. The average full body massage will last approximately one hour. A half-hour appointment only allows time for a partial massage.
Some people prefer to relax, while others prefer to talk. It's completely up to you. I'll follow your lead! Please feel free to let me know if a stroke or pressure is uncomfortable. Your custom full-body massage/requested areas is for relaxation and stress reduction. This is your massage, so if you have any feedback on the lighting, music, temperature, etc let me know.

Keep the Good Going.
Drinking water before your massage helps the therapists manipulate your muscles (think dry sponge versus a wet sponge). It is recommended you drink plenty of water afterward. Water flushes out some of the toxins that were released during your session and can reduce soreness and hydrate your muscles.
